AIMS & OBJECTIVES….
1.To look after the financially independent lonely living Senior Citizens .
2.To provide maximum facilities with minimum contribution .
3.To provide a home away from home .
4.To pick up from their door step to the Ashram premises by 8.00 AM & again to drop them at the same place by 8.00 PM .
5.To provide balanced diet as per their choice …through commonly prepared MENU by Themselves .
FACILITIES ( 12 hours )…..
AC/ NON AC Bed /room , nice garden & park , THE HARIHARA Temple For all Spiritual activities , Religious books to read , wide space for ..YOGA & PRANAYAM .. Star T V facility , Shopping facility in Baripada town , 7 x 24 hours water & power supply ( D G ) Break fast..Lunch…Afternoon tea…Dinner , as per Menu prepared by the Members .& Transportation Facility { optional ).

Pre booking Guest facility may be provided …
In case of emergency Medical needs , Trust will shift to the nearest Govt. Hospital , but the Cost of medical expenditures to bear by the Member ( S ).
Facility of Pilgrimage may be provided with the cost of tour expenditure in advance .
The Members intends to avail 7x24 hours service from the Trust ,will have to deposit Minimum one month’s due in advance …Rs. 12000/- per month .
On yearly deposit of the total scheduled contribution in advance will carry an exemption of 10% on total amount .

The ADT is situated just 5 k.m. away from Baripada town ( Dist. Head Quarter Hospital ) . The total area of 1.5 acres ( registered ) & 2. 42 acres of ( lease hold land ) , covered with HARIHARA TEMPLE , A WELL FURNISHED A C GUEST HOUSE OF 4500 sq,ft , AC Dinning hall Of 2500 sq ft ,nice park & garden of 15000 sq ft , 2 Nos of Dormitories , wide natural space For parking & morning walk & above all , its out of urban pollution & noise pollution .

In case of emergency Medical need TRUST will look after the members as per description Given below …
To shift the Member to District Head Quarter Hospital , Baripada immediately
To inform member’ s Nominee / relative regarding the fact .
To take care of the patient as directed by the Doctor .
The patient has also right to choose the hospital inside Bhubaneswar / Cuttack , subject To deposit of security amount for emergency medical expenditure ( in case of non - Availability of any such near / dear ), as per categories given below ;

Security amount deposited will also carry a simple interest of 10% per year.
All Medical expenses , transportation , attendant service ( opt ) etc will be bourn by the Patient / nominee or to adjust from the security deposit .
All the payments due on Members to pay by crossed cheque / D D , favouring -Managing Trustee , Anjali Devi Trust , Payable at Baripada .
In case of permanent withdrawal /death of the Member ,the security amount , after Deduction of arrear dues ( if any ) ,to be handed over to the Nominee on Cheque / Demand Draft By the Trust, within 48 hours of the cancellation of the Agreement .
